Physically relating to our instruments; the principle of “flow” is most essential. We strive to embrace this object; making it part of us. In doing so we must find a feeling like water, energy is never locked. Do you check your neck, arms, fingers constantly and release unnecessary tension?
Begin grounded is the foundation for reaching high. To establish great balance, we focus on the feet and the contact with earth; only then it is possible to release freedom on our upper body.
